One day I noticed my key fob wouldn't unlock the car (no light flashing in it when pressed) so I unlocked the car with the key which set the alarm off. I started the car which turned the alarm off but when I shut the car down, the alarm continued. I pressed the panic button with the spare keys and it turned off.off but now it randomly goes off. I even tried locking it when the alarm goes on but hasn't helped preventing the random alarm sirens. The key fob stopped working again so I didn't lock my car tonight but the alarm has gone off twice already. Can this be a syncing issue or has to do with the key fob being dead?
