Probably not for a "minor" repair, but was any arc-type welding involved? That would cause problems if the battery wasn't disconnected when they did it.

 

They said they didn't do any welding on the fender when asked, i know they didn't disconnect the battery cause the radio code would have come on.

 

Got it fixed, it was a loose screw holding the fuse panel

 

I agree, deffinatly check the fuses again. When i picked my car up from the Fiance's aunt and uncle i had a fuse out that covered lights, windows, alarm and sunroof. Easy fix, stocked myself up on fuses for 4.13$ and i was ready to roll, check em, easiest fix and better than a 73$+ bill from the dealership.
