89 190E 2.6 Window Motor problem(s)

Hello, I just pulled my 2nd, Bosch original equipment, driver's door, window motor out because of it not working ? This will be the 3rd motor replacement in as little as 7 years owning my '89 190E 2.6 .
Is there an issue with the 0.130.821.071 motor ? My opinion is that this current 3 yr. old motor is a baby in terms of use ?
I've checked all the leads, removed the motor from the gear box, checked all parts for moveablility, externally looked at the brushes that look ok, but when tested directly to a battery, after putting back together, it will give a short slow movement and stop dead and then no more......
$200 + for a new motor is ridiculous if this lifespan is to be this short ?
Will Bosch entertain any sort of compromise on it's product ?
Thanks for any help and support on this subject, ( I have NOT placed an order for a new motor yet )
