I want to replace the headlights on my dads Ml500 its a 2005. I want to get HIDs but have no idea where to look and or what kind I need. Also these cars use the same light for high and low beam right? Cause I see some sites say high beam bulb?

No one can help? I realized they aren't same bulb for high and low. I would just like the bulb for low beam

 

I believe it's called "Low-Hi" Beam bulbs for halogen headlights, part number 4000809-000007 by Sylvania

 

well for highs the halogen ones come on, but i just want the low the light through the projector lens so id have to assume if there is a projector then there is an HID bulb right? would any s2r work?

 

Yes, should be a xenon light bulb in the headlight, you can find out for sure with the VIN.
