THE SOFT TOPGOES DOWN BUT WON'T GO IN THE HOLE AND LOCK ON THE DRIVER REAR SIDE IN THE BACK. THE PASSENGER DOES GO IN THE HOLE AND LOCK. WHAT WOULD KEEP IT FROM LOCKING IN PLACE

 

THE SOFT TOP WILL GO DOWN BUT ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE IN THE REAR IF WON'T GO IN THE SMALL HOLE AND LOCK, THE PASSENGER SIDE DOES LOCK. WHAT WOULD CAUSE THIS AND HOW CAN I FIX IT.

This has obviously got you concerned...BUT COULD YOU TURN OFF THE CAPS BUTTON!

What may be happening is the catch is twisted/bent on the side that won't engage. Lift the rear bow out of the way, shine a flash light into the hole on the good side, and note the alignment of the catch. Now move to the non -working side and check the position of the catch. If out of line, it can easily be turned into the correct operating position. You may go through some trial and error, but be patient.
