1989 E230 TE Rear Seat Release

<FONT face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif" size=4>I've just aquired a 1989 E230 TE and cannot find how to drop the back seats. I've found the release for lifting the seat base up but not droping the seat back down - <FONT color=red>Help please !!!</FONT></FONT></P>
