Ya, my heater fan is not working as well. I guess no one care about us freezing or driving down the road with windows un-defogged. They need a "Emoticon" with a guy with a touqe and a towel wiping his window.

Hello guys and galls since no one answerd our questions !!!??? I dove in and found out for myself. The heater blower has a fuse OUTSIDE the fuse box, on my 91 300D it is a small black rectangled housing right in front of the fuse box, check that first.

Next I took the blower housing all apart, it is located underneath the windshield wiper motor , accessed from under the hood. This took a couple of hours to dismantle. But I was successfull, and now it works, bad contacts, I did not have to buy a new one which was $325 at the local MB dealer or $255 on line !

Good luck
