Default 1989 190e 2.6L Starting Problem

Hi guys, my 190e (fuel injected) is having problems starting. First of all, I just changed the OVP Relay with a new one, well it's actually used (my original one was black with 1 fuse, this one is red with 2 fuses, just bringing this out just incase).

When the temp is 60 degrees fahrenheit or below, my car starts like half a second after I turn the ignition like literally (probably bad). in hot days I have to turn it twice then pump the gas to keep it idle, otherwise it would die.

When I'm driving it, it sputters and twitches when I apply gas on it (sometimes I can smell it burning rich). It does this for about 1 minute, then everything drives normally.

Once I start driving it though, it idles normal (between 5 to 10k RPM), but then when I put it in park it goes 20 to 25k's!

I expected the spark plugs or wires, but I just changed the rotor and rotor cap, the spark plugs looks like they are firing fine, I even gapped them right.

I just dont want to spend much money on something that has no problem ,so any help would be much appreciated...(I also havent changed anything else since 1989 besides what I mentioned)
