Default Leaky Seals - Low wages

Hi all,
Well now I have 2 leaky 80's Mercedes and live in Olympia, WA!!! It was fine living in New Mexico but now... ugh! The seals alone are over $1500, only 2 are available outside the dealer. Has anyone found a thrifty solution to this problem? I am driving around in a swimming pool and the mold is creeping in to ruin my beautiful interior! Help!

oh! I have a 1981 300td. ALL seals are bad. The only 2 I found outside the dealer are the front driver and passenger windows and windshield.

What ForcedInduction was speaking of is that if the Window, Windshield or Door seals are leaking you need to say that. Or saying you are having a Water leak into the interior would be helpful.
The above stuff differentiates it from Engine Seals or Axle Seals and so on.

Concerning Water leaks into the inside of the Car. If you pull up the Mats you will find there is Rubber Plugs that can be removed to Drain out the Water.

When I had leaks In My Car I found that I had holes rusted trough to the inside; back inside of the side pocket area where the Hood Springs retract into and below the Battery Tray on the Fire Wall.
Later when I removed My Rear Window I also found Rust Holes under the Rear Window Seal Rubber.

Avoid using URO Windshield Seals as People on the various Mercedes Forums have said they have a poor fit. I think they have said the same about the URO Door Seals.

It would also be helpful to know if you pan to change the Seals you mentioned yourself or have someone else do it.
Some of the Auto Glass Companies supply the Window Seal when they do the Job.
