I was going to replace the injectors on my 81 240d because of rough idle and low power. I started the car before I began. It ran rough as usual. I removed the fuel line and return hose to one injector. I realized I didn't have the socket I needed to remove the injector so I didn't loosen or remove it. I put it back together. I tried to start it. I glowed the glow plugs and cranked for a long time, no luck. I only did what I described, so what Did I do wrong?
