I just bought this car, The door locks won't lock. I push them down manually & try to lock the drivers side door & they pop back up, even the trunk. I understand its a vacuum problem. But where is the best place to start looking ?

I'm not sure if I'm reading well but here is my thought.
First of all you need to use the key in the drivers door to lock all the locks either front passenger or front drivers door.
Second you can only lock all doors and trunk without the key by shutting all doors and then opening the passenger front and pressing on the door lock ****.
Third you can lock all doors and trunk by using the key on the trunk lock itself.This will also lock everything.

If none of this works,the vacuum pump is located in the trunk right next to the spare tire.The electric pump is located there surrounded by rubber.

If you lock the drivers door or the trunk, the locks on all the doors pop back up. I had to disconnect the pump in the trunk to get the doors to lock.
