The car is not cranking...
I cannot hear the fuel pump engaging...
And the fan is running full speed...
Before coming to a Star diagnostic can someone tell me what to check..?

 

For the information of all those who responded (or not responded) to my call for assistance... Yes the issue was K40 relay... I took it out and checked the solders... All apparently were good... But to be on the safe side I just added some solder to the "suspicious" onces... Yes... WROOOM... Back to life... Many thanks to all...
