Hi new guy here I always admired the big 560 model I rember looking at them brand new in the show room in 1998-89 there is one for sale locally a 1989 560 sel I wonder what to look for when I go over to look at it. Test drive ETC is this a good year and model? Its going to be a part time driver something to tinker with. What do you guys think Hes basking $2,500. Bucks that something I can afford and not worry too much about aome repairs as im a gear head and do most of my own work. Thoughts comments welcome thanks moses

its one of the greatest car ever produce by MB things to look out for, transmission function, engine idling (see if stable and does not seasaw) fuel distributor check if it revs fine. Check the suspension and see if there are knocking noise other items are easy to fix, its practically a worry free car.
