Default Directional Tires???

I recently purchased a C230 and the tires are wearing thin in the outside. Someone told me this is due to the way Mercedes sets up the suspension to run on the autobahn. Makes sense to me, but they also said the tires were directional so i could not rotate them OK it's possible but I didn't think they were. Are these things set up with directional tires?

Thanks in Advance

worn shocks, struts, bushings, tire pressure, tire load rating can contribute to tire wear, your tires should wear evenly.

there are directional that will say INNER and OUTTER on the wall of the tire and also tires that will have an arrow pointing in the direction of travel.

if you have the same sized tires all the way around the car then you can swap them, just be sure the directional tires are going the correct direction.
