Default looking to buy

I came across a one owner 2001 E320 with 93000 miles. Its loaded with options. Clean inside and out, no rust I could see anywhere. Seller is asking $5700.00. Is that too much? He started out at $6900 and then dropped to 6300 and now he's down to $5700.. Any responses? Welcome all. It will be an everyday driver for me. Thanks for feedback.

It seems high to me but I'm rarely looking at anything over $3k or past 1999. A few years seem to make a huge difference. I got a '98 with 103k for $2000 though the rust has been taking over in the last few years as seems to be the case with many of the w210. After a few lower milage vehicles I'm starting to think I could be better off with higher milage vehicles that have been well cared for with all scheduled maintenance as they usually have a lot of repairs and parts replacements that a lower milage car may just start to need. Kelly blue book fair market range (in Pennsylvania) with that milage is $3200-$4300, with 4500 as suggested retail.
