FS: Euro Spec 1973 350 SE 4 Speed Manual (Needs TLC) $700
FS 1973 350 SE 4 speed manual (Needs TLC)
This is a 1973 350 SE that my father imported from Naples, Italy in 1981. The car had about 20,000 - 30,000 kilometers when we received it, it now has somewhere between 70,000 - 90,000 kilometers. The car was put into a garage in 1995 where it still sits. I haven't had a mechanic look the car over, but I'm guessing that it needs a good amount of work to get it into safe driving condition. When I went to go take pictures of the car the other day, I found that all the windows, except for the rear one, had all been smashed in by some hooligans (this is why I can't get a clear odometer reading). The engine does not turn, and like I said, I haven't had a mechanic look the car over so I'm not sure what it will take to get it going. There is no visible rust on the exterior body panels from what I can tell and the body seems to be in generally dent free shape (the car has never been in any accidents). The car is white with blue leather interior, it’s a 4 speed manual (very rare in the US), has a 3.5 liter V8. From what my father has told me about the car, it was really quick and a blast to drive. I'm trying to sell the car because I simply don't have the time to put into a restoration job. With a little TLC though, this will make for a beautiful Benz classic.
Asking price is $700; buyer will pay any towing and shipping fees.
