F/S BRAND NEW IN BOX SOFT TOP MODULE FOR 98-02 CLK CONVERTIBLE*****

I have a new in box soft top control module for 1998 to 2002 clk's. original packaging and bubble wrap. part number is
2088201126. retails for $700 make me an offer... if you give me your vin i can check for proper fitment.. heres some pics

I am interested in the control module and have a few questions:

1. My vin no is WDB208465-2T-063691. Does it fit?
2. Is it brand new and fully functional?
3. Do you ship to Hong Kong? I bear shipment charge.
