Car is being offered as parts car, but could be a fully drivable vehicle with a little work:

1973 280 (no suffix) W114. M110 engine, 2.8L inline 6. Extra intake manifold and solex 4A1 carb included.

Car must be picked up in Johnson City, TN, or buyer must arrange shipper who will pick up.

Will go to best offer I recieve by Feb. 16th, even if that offer is just to pick the car up.
