I agree they are one of the best cars made. My friends say you spend all that "money" on old Benzes y dont u buy something newer? My response age is just a number and i like the cars but then again i like any car lol. Also the looks you get cant hurt either

I get that alot. And I've driven a lot of new cars and newer car but once you go Mercedes, you can never go back. To me the W126 ride is perfect, enough electronics but not so much to the point where it feels like a computer on wheels, it's safe solid, a design that will never go out of style, and the options that some new cars don't even have. Love my 560SEL.

I also agree with you. The W126s are practical in virtually every situation. They are simply wonderful cars.
