I need a new daily-driver. We put on average 50,000 Km per year (range 20-80) on a car year-round. Need a reliable older car. My 1986 Pontiac waggon has rusted out its floor after 630,000 Km. Mechanical parts are hard or impossible to get new for it, whereas the MB has parts available and is very reliable.

 

I didn't realize that the S-class cost no more than the regular D.
