Would any of you guys buy a salvaged car?

RE: Would any of you guys buy a salvaged car?
$13-14k would be fair then. I still wonder why the seller wants out of a two year old car. If he is trading up to a new car, then ask him what the dealership offered him in trade and up that by $500 for and offer. Why not?
Spend the money and have it inspected by YOUR trusted mechanic ($200?). Tell him the known history and go for it if you both agree it's a deal. IMHO.

the car had another offer now for 17K, so the other potential buyer is checking it out , and will know the outcome soon enough, However i'm now more convinced than ever that this is true value of the car $14k
Stay tuned !

I sure don't mind, final deal was 16K, i tried the 14 , 15 .. but he wouldn't agree, after i verified it has extended warranty till 100k miles/2010 .. i felt OK with the deal ..it also has NAV, COMND ....
