Something's up people -- no way Lugnut doesn't post here for two months. Has anyone heard from the guy?

 

I've been wondering the same thing too, I hope he's alright. What would he be doing for two months anyways semi-retired?

 

I have been wondering the same thing i know he had mentioned that he had balder cancer but then again he also has that truck camper so he could have take a long vaction. The last thing he relpyed to was the thread about it being my birthday and the last time he logged in was 5/20 the forum hasn't been as lively since kinda sad but i wouldnt have been able to reply as often as i liked too cause of how much i work. Since he is semi-retired maybe he only works during the summer months and has no access to a computer. What happened last sumer with him. I wasnt a constant user back then even though i was a member.

 

I've never known him to skip outta here for more than a week or two before. Nobody knows him in the real world or on other forums?

 

I wish he'd come back. No offence to anyone else, but I looked forward to reading his posts the most. No matter what you think about his world view (and I think mine is similar to his) I always learned a lot about automobiles and especially MBs from his posts.

what intrigues me most was his real personality. determined, strong, and carefree lifestyle.

i also feel that something really serious have happened to him.

reading this forum was already a part of his daily routine while enjoying his java, and the longest so far that he didn't go online was two days.

he is now happy to be with his beloved wife.

the only thing that he feel sorry for was that... he cannot contribute in this forum any longer.

never mind the two cold beers that you owe me Lugnut! i miss you.
