A similar law was recently enacted here in Georgia. No pics of faces allowed. Even if they have a pic with a face it can't be used in court. I was told all you have to do is go to court and deny it was you driving and the case will be dismissed. The prosecutor has the burden of proving who was driving and without an admission of guilt, he/she can't prove who was driving.
I thought when the camera thing was enacted they were allowed to ticket the activity and it didn't matter who was driving? The registered owner always got the ticket. They were slam dunk cases for the prosecution. Not so in Georgia anymore.
I love it when a revenue stream from traffic violation enforcement dries up. The flop side is a new one will be created before long.
