I dont see anything wrong with having it. Sad thing is if she would have decleared it they would have taken it probably. The fact that it was not cleaned seems a little strange though.

I agree with that obviously but if she is not lying when she said she got it from someone else how does she know if it was grave robing or the dead mans family member. Yeah i know i am stretching this one pretty far.

There was a problem with tissue being on it, not just the fact that it was a human skull. Part of the criminal complaint spoke of the presence of organic matter, hair, skin, and dirt. Scientific or medical research type skulls which are acceptable are bleached. This one was recently dug up. Only a moron would not suspect something was amiss when this "unkown" man offered this skull for sale. The fact that she didn't know the guy is irrelevant. I don't know about Haitian law, but no one can dig up a grave in the US (without a court order), not even a family member.

I don't know Haitian law either thats y i was defending her. Giving her the benefit of doubt. Thats all.
