I took my E-class for oil change at Fletcher Jones in Fremont (formerly Claridge). When I got home I check the oil and filter to find out the dealer did not change oil and filter at all. So the $312 plus leaving my car for 2 days at the dealership they did nothing!! I send them a letter with photos showing new Mobil 1 oil and old engine oil to prove it but they simply ignore it. Any recommendation?

Contact MBUSA they do take care of these sorts of problems at least high level management seems to still care about return customers even is the dealerships dont.

 

It probably costs the dealers less than $50 to change the oil and oil filter. Personally, I would want my lawyer involved because that is just wrong. Very wrong...
