Default 4 x 4 tires

I have a Cherokee Liberty 4WD in Turkey. I currently have the Goodyear Wrangler S4s 235-70-16 on it which are the original equipment. I am looking for tires that would be make the car more silent and less bumpy. I do not use it off road at all, only drive in light snow. Mostly highway driving.

I wanted the Goodyear Fortera SilentArmors however they are not available here yet. Any suggestions?

I don't have a specific tire to recommend, but here's what I would do. Go to a Chevy dealership and look for a Tahoe with tires that don't have meaty AT treads. Their highway tires are pretty quiet.

Mehaba Kaan,

Tamam, Sen Jeep would be good with tires that have V style tread rather than block design, the blocks is what cause the noise on the highway (susmak). I know this as my grand cherokee suffers the same with tires. however I use that for light off road use for fun. My Mercedes is my daily ride.

Are you on the south coast in Turkiye? Or in the cosmopolitan Istanbul or Ankara.

I will speak to a Turkish friend who lives in Alanya and see what he would suggest, he knows alot about SUV's and tires and stuff.

I'll keep you posted, and good luck. (By The Way - excuse the Turkish
