Hi all forum members and users
I thought it was time to look at this Forum. I’m very happy to see the amount of dedicated Mercedes owners on this forum. This post is not a sales pitch – I just want the forum users to know that we are out there, and perhaps be able to give some answers for the users when needed.
Short presentation: OptiCan does software optimization of most European cars and ecu’s. We are specialists in Mercedes, VW, Audi, Porsche and Range Rover. We are located in Germany, but we have dealers all over USA and Canada.
I know there are a lot of car owners to convince in the future for installing a software update. With all the advantages that comes with software update and I'm sure we will manage to do so.
There are a lot of good flasher tools and software on the market, and I do not want to go into a discussion with people where we start to throw **** about each other or other companies’ software - I will only say that there is a lot of bad – and good - systems out there. I will though use all opportunities to point out all the advantages our OptiCan system and software has
Our company (OBD Tuning)believes that satisfied customers is the best marketing tool we can get, therefore is good software, smoothly working tools and good support very important parts of our business strategy. We want to provide 24/7 support, but remember that we all need to sleep some time. I will try to go online this forum to enlighten and give answers as often as possible. If there some times take too long before I'm online, please send me an email.
I will try, as I mentioned above, to stay on the path where I don't flame other systems or software. I can also tell you that I will not in any situation reveal any news here first - for news I have to ask you to look at our web site. I will neither comment rumors - (meaning stupid rumors).
I respectfully ask you to accept that I have too much work on my desk already, so this forum will be a "night time gig" for me.
