I have a 1996 SL320 Mercedes, I created a small problem some how, I replaced the speakers in both door panels, being careful to remove and reinstall the panels, hooking up the latch cable and plugging in the connector for the seat switch, after I had the panels back on both doors, I checked to make sure the seats worked correctly, driver side fine, passenger side - the seat moved forward to the dash and stopped, does not work, seems jammed. The head cusion moves up and down and the seat cushion moves up and down but not backward or forward. I took the seat cushion off to see if something was stuck in the tracks, all looks clean, I even purchased a new switch control and that did not solve the problem. I dissconected the battery cables and touched together for 10 minutes, I heard that sometimes drains the memory and resets, no change.

If anyone has any suggestions, Please let me know.
