my car is currently on comfort mode, c/s button wont engage sport mode on cluster, how can i fix this? I have already removed the cover on button and it is connected, by the way lights arent illuminated on the shifter controls, didnt find the other connection to it.

Hello and welcome to the forum! From what I've read, it may be a malfunction with the switch - a similar issue involved a loose wire under the shiftier plate. Hope this helps you a bit.

 

How can I tell if the switch is bad? Also noticed its missing one connection next to the switch i believe its the lighting for the shifter plate, but didnt find the wire when i checked to see if it was loose
