Just bought a new GLE - found damage when got home

Default Just bought a new GLE - found damage when got home

Hey guys. I took delivery of a GLE last night. This morning I noticed significant damage/tear to the leather in the back seat. In your experience will the dealer take care of this issue? Full disclosure, I have not had the best experience with this particular dealer in the past. I’m sure it’s a dealer by dealer issue but I’m just wanting to get some opinions from you guys. Thanks!!!

If it is a used car then I doubt it. If you signed anything excepting the delivery then I don't think they have to. If they do, then I'll be impressed. If it is brand new then maybe you have a better shot.
