Just bought clean 1989 260e!
Hello all,
I just picked up a 1989 260e. The body looks almost flawless interior is just dirty. All original manuals, catalog, warranty book, MB doc bag. Blue Green color . The guy I bought it from bought it at an auction, he then claims to have taken it to a mechanic in Carlsbad (Independent?) didn't have record. I guess he was told that it had an oil leak, the pan is dirty. Taking it to a mechanic tomorrow for a full check up. Any recommendations as to where to go in North County SD?
