Good morning from 'Bama. We're a pair of 60's motorhead retirees who have finally gotten back to Mercedes Benz after a working life of detroit iron and ricemobiles. back at the dawn of time we had a 230C and a 250. Life got in the way and it took til now to come back to the cars we love.

We came by an 86 300E that had been sitting for two years. Original owner parked it when the heater/ac blower went out and didn't want to have it tied up in a shop 60 miles away(we are in the boonies of central alabama). He replaced it with another 300E and this one became one of those round tuits. Except he never got around to it.

Great coachwork (no rust, no dents) but a real fuel delivery issue, and we'll be haunting the forums looking for help. We'll try to keep the stupid questions to a minimum(but won't promise a thing).
