Just bought a front license but don't want to drill holes in bumper, is there another way??
We found the front license mount bracket in the trunk and bought a plate. However, thanks to this forum
we found out that to put it on, we have to drill holes in the bumper
which we don't want to do. Is there a way to put the front license plate on without have to drill holes in the bumper??
Any input would be great.
Belinda

You know I've got the same problem with my Mercedes. I've got the bracket but putting it on will mean holes in the front bumper. I'm going to leave it off until I get a ticket. Then if I have to put it on I plan to make a bracket that will mount from behind the bumper. In the worst case the bracket would perhaps mount on the bottom of the bumper. (Holes where they can't be seen).
Now some of this depends on whether your car is a lease or a purchase. If lease you may want to say to hell with it most owners wouldn't care if the front plate is on or not. If you consider it a high-style classic and you want to keep it pristine looking you might want to consider my ideas. If you're from Europe ignore this post.
Good luck George60
