I have a problem in the ECU

Unhappy I have a problem in the ECU
E420 95 just run for 15 mins and then turn off, until it cold i can not start it. when it cold, i can run for 15 mins again. i think that is a ECU module, but it has 2 for engine control. which one i have to replase? the Bosch or the VDO?
