Good morning, I have just found this forum and I am hoping you can help me keep my 2007 R320L cdi SE A, going !
I have an intermittant electrical problem which means my radio / command screen goes off altogether and returns at odd times and goes off again after a minute or so. My local mechanic has checked my battery and identified it is low, but still starts the car after a bit of effort. Another, posiibly unrelated problem, occurs with the tailgate closing button on that door, which operates infrequently, although the key and button on the drivers door operate the tailgate without problem. The car has completed 238,000 miles, of which I complted the last 160,000. It runs well, is regulary serviced, has a full new air-con system and new torgue converter and gearbox. Recently completed several long-distance runs without problems. Any suggestion? I wondered if related to auxiliary battery?
