Apologies if this question has been asked before but I could not see the answer in the threads.
I replaced the battery in my E300 diesel estate and now have some problems.
The remote key fob will not operate the door locks and the radio will not turn on.
When I operate the lock from the remote the indicators flash 3 times instead of the old 2 and the locks stay in the open position. I know the alarm is activated because if I open the door it goes off. The unlock on the key fob turns this off OK.
Also the internal lock/unlock button does not work.

The radio is just dead - switch on button just does nothing.

The windows would not close. I know the fix for that - it did not know where top and bottom stops were:
Close the window by operating the window button on the first click.
When it is at the top push the button down to the second click and hold it there 10 - 15 seconds. It then knows where the top stop is.
Do the same for down.
Do the same for each window.

If anyone can help me with the locks and/or the radio I would be grateful.
