Fault code p2201 (need help)

Default Fault code p2201 (need help)
Can anyone help me i got in the car after not using it for a week its a ml270 cdi it turned over twice then stopped and came up with start error got the AA ot who plugged in a computer and came up with fault code P2201 ECU to transmission requires further investigation, as anyone got any ideas please
