1990 300SE STARTS HARD WHEN COLD
I PURCHASED A 1990 300SE OUT OF FLORIDA WITH ONLY 40,000 MILES. MINT CONDITION. HOWEVER, NOW THAT I'M BACK IN THE SOMEWHAT COLD TULSA OKLAHOMA WEATHER, SHE DOESN'T WANT TO START. IT TAKES ME 7 TRIES TO KEEP HER RUNNING. PERHAPS NOT GETTING ENOUGH FUEL? JACKIE COOPER IMPORTS THOUGHT IT WAS THE 02 CENSOR... BUT $300 LATER... STILL THE SAME PROBLEM. ANY IDEA'S?

How full do you keep the fuel tank? If you don't keep it full, try keeping it full at all times during cold weather, as reasonbly possible. Your problem may be caused by water condensing in the fuel tank because of all of the air in there.
Get a can of that stuff that removes moisture from gas, fill the tank, and see what happens.
