Apologies if post appears twice - hit a button by accident earlier.
Just in process of purchasing a 1999 SLK 230 Kompressor (pick it up
tonight and can't wait). Just trying to sort insurance and get quotes
down and one answer don't really know answer to is what type of alarm
would be fitted - owner say it is original Mercedes Benz alarm - would that
be a thatcham 1/2 does anyone know ? It also has some sort of tracker,
not sure if they were factory fitted but apparently costs £60 per year
to enable. Any help greatly appreciated
