Anyone know of a company/ies that provide a complete interior refinish for the slk. Ask you know the interior finish scratches off easly and I would like to have it repaired or entirely redone.
Currently living in Arizona if anyone knows of any companies it would be greatly appreciated.

 

Go over www.benzworld.org for a recent post "CF fiber look fabric". This may have possibilities. this is the only beef I have with this car along with most other slk owners. There are a bunch of things out there to solve this problem. finding one that works is a maybe. I had my interior pieces that were the problem redone. you know the console around the shifter, glove compartment, etc. but came off just as before. I think it's hard for most of these spray on vinyls to stick to that type of plastic. i had some air-brush paint and mixed blk, white, tan and by adding more or less of each ended up very close to the oyster color I needed. it is a water based paint but seems to stick ok. It is only a touch-up paint and doesn't have the gloss as the original, but is better than without. there are other thicker acrylics that might work better for more gloss and they dry quickly. let the paint dry to get the true color. that poster at benzworld may have a good fix, check it out and read the other replies.
