Default .rear end noise

I have a slk320 ,2001. The car has developed a rubbing noise in the rear between 20 and10 MPH. I have had the wheel berrings replaced the tires changed, and the rear checked with no results. The mechanic can't figure it out.Does anyone have any ideas.
