Interior light dome
This is the first time i have logged in, and don't know if anyone is able to help?
I have a 2000 model SLK 200. Only had it a couple of weeks, but couldnt get interior lights to work. Finally sorted that problem. However, when I took down the glass to the interior lights, I was sure that a fuse fell down from the roof panel. When I look up at the interior lights, there are 2 bulbs, a cluster of what appears to be black leds or similar and a circuit board. On the circuit board there are 2 small bits of plastic that may be where the fuse came from. Unfortunately cant find the fuse in the car.
Can anyone help or Advise if a fuse should be there or not?
Thank you

Dome light problems
You may have a much more major problem than just a fuse.
Does the remote arm and lock the car?
I had an issue with my Dome light but if I remember correctly I think it would not arm and lock the car from the remote.
It turned out to be the PCM module in the trunk. They are notorious for getting wet and frying. I bought one from a qrecking yard for $200 and wrapped in in 4 plastic garbage bags to make sure it wouldn't get wet again. There are forums on Benzworld about this.
