CD changer for the slk 1998

hi! could anyone give me some info as to how the hack am i going to find a genuine cd changer by mercedes, just like the ones they use to install in the slk 200 back in the year 1998? thank you in advance.

Get one either on EBay or from a dealer, preferably one that offers discounts online like Duval Motors.
