Hi,

Cant get my break lights to go the center boot break light is fine but the two outer ones are dead I have replaced the bulbs and from what I can see the fuses are ok but I may be missing something. A light does come on in the dash which indicates to a faulty bulb. but it comes and goes.
any ideas ?

The socket contact area goes faulty in R170's.
In USA there is a free replacement programme.
Rest of world needs to fix our own.

I had my brake light units replaced under warrenty....no problem. Beck Imports came to my work parking lot and made the replacement. No more brake problems since.
