I am told I have a leak/need to replace a cooler line for the transmission. This was found when I took it for a second opinion regarding the oil sending unit and power steering stuff. I would like to know how to check the transmission fluid or is it oil? Anyway, I now have over $2000.00 in recommended work, the car runs great andI amin no position to waste more money on it. I have been keeping an eye on the oil and power steering fluid myself bu don't know how to check this supposed transmission problem.Please help.

Thanks for the help. I am not educated enough to use the sights very well. Can someone tell me how or if I can check the transmission oil?
