I would like to add the two rear seas to my 1992 sl500, presently there exists only a small 'shelf' for odds and sods. Any ideas where or how I can do this, any breakers who have grey / black leather?

Apparently this is not safe and can't be done.

 

where as the seats would be impractical too because of the nonexsistent leg room. if it's just a matter of dressing it up, you could have the panels and storage compartment upholstered to taste. it would probably cost less than those decorator seats. it all comes apart fairly easy.

 

Thankyou. Apparently the safety bar is also an issue and can decapitate Anypassengers if sitting upright in the rear. We will use the two seat sports car as it was designed.... Cheers anyway.
