wife took her 2003 sl500 to a guy who changed her oil2 days ago. he told her that the computer will read the new oil and that it would automatically reset. is this true? she does not drive it much and i checked it this morning and it said oil change 200 miles.

on my chevy pickup all i have to do is turn the key on and pump the gas pedal to reset it.

i'd appreciate any help. thanks jeff

found it in the book and was easy to reset.
