When my car is first started, the trip meter comes on with a wrench symbol and the mileage since I was supposed to get a service check. I have read and tried several instructions for resetting, but no luck yet. Any other recommendations?

 

1. Close all the doors,
2. Put the key in the ignition and turn it to position #2
3. Press the odometer reset button (0) 2 times and the FSS countdown appears,
4. Turn the key back to position (0) off,
5. Press and hold the reset button (0) while turning the key back to the position #2. Keep holding the reset button until you hear a beep.
