R107 SL300 exhaust question
Hi
Have loved my car now for 5 years but have never been happy with the exhaust note-tinny is the best description. it is a stainless steel exhaust but I am not sure if it is OEM or not. Daft I know to change what is a perfectly good part and many will question it I know but some will hopefully understand. So my question really is
Can I just get a new SS back box to alter the note? If so which one?
If not what system would you recommend and do I have to go back to the headers.
If I am doing this is there any way that I can improve the performance at the same time? I do a lot of touring and would sometimes welcome a bit more oomph!
