I just replaced the front brake pads, rotors and ABS wires on my '84 500SL Euro.

NOW,..... the ABS dash lightsometimes stays constantly on and when it does the brakes seem to function as before the component replacements.

But, whenthe ABS dash lightstays off, when I brake, just before coming to a halt, the car is uncomfortably pulled to the left.

If I slam on brakes at speed, say 30-60 mph,when theABS light is either on or off,the carseems to brake adequately. But I must say.... my'82 380SLseems to
brakewith much more ease than this '84 500SL Euro.

What are the possible diagnoseswith this brake system and what troubleshooting advice/suggestions/repair-procedure do you have, please ?
